Advanced Shipping by Rules v5.7 virtuemart 3 and 2
Advanced rules delivery for VirtueMart
Advanced Shipping by Rules v5.7
Plugin of extended rules and terms of delivery of goods for the Virtuemart component, using mathematical formulas and equations.
Enter the transportation costs with general rules, including mathematical expressions. Very complex rules, such as calculating the cost of delivery depending on the number, zip code, weight, number of products and/or products and coupon code) can be easily implemented.
Identify even very complex transportation costs in accordance with general conditions (even containing mathematical expressions). Transportation costs may vary depending on:
- Total order amount
- Total order weight
- Number of articles or different products in order
- Volume or minimum and maximum product extensions
- Postal code of the delivery address (including alphanumeric zip codes from the United Kingdom, Canada and the Netherlands)
- Custom variable definitions
This "Advanced Shipping by Rules v5.7" plugin includes arbitrary basic arithmetic expressions (allowed operators +, -, *, /,%, ^, parentheses and functions such as round, half, max , mines, etc.) of the properties of the order in any conditions and cost of delivery. You can also define custom variables that can contain complex conditions (such as an index) to be reused in more than one rule. Another feature in the extended version is support for alphanumeric zip codes (UK, Canada, Netherlands).
Each country zone can be assigned a different tax rule, and the shipping cost can be specified as amout with or without taxes. In both cases, the tax amount and the corresponding net or gross shipping costs will be calculated correctly.
Each rule is described as a simple line of text with a light structure (semicolon separates parts of the rule). For example:
Name=Free Shipping; 100<=Amount; 0
Name=Domestic Small; (Weight<3) OR (Articles==1); shipping=6
Name=Domestic Standard; Amount<100; Shipping=1.5*Weight
This set of rules describes three types of transportation costs: Orders 100 € and above - for free, otherwise if the order weighs less than 3 kg or contains only one product, delivery is 6 €, all other orders cost 1.5 € per kg.
By adding a coupon code check to the corresponding rule, you can also create coupons with a special shipping cost. for example
Name=Complex shipping function; articles>=2; amount<100; shipping=5+amount*0.03+1*weight+0.5*(articles-2):
The improved version allows you to combine two "Domestic small" Internal lines into one, using the OR operator.
