WooCommerce Support Ticket System v11.7
WooCommerce customer support system (WCSTS) easily integrates into your WordPress-based WooCommerce platform and adds a complete system for managing users and ordering support! Thus, the store administrator can easily track and provide support for ordering users!
Note: the plugin, like WordPress itself, requires a PHP version of at least 5.5.
WCSTS extends WooCommerce by adding support request management system. Through WCSTS you can manage three different types of tickets:
- Support order: related to order issues
- User questions: user problems
- New payment for the ticket: for more details read the corresponding paragraph.
Order and user tickets can be sent by the user directly through the pages of the web interface. The store administrator can manage requests using a special internal area. In addition, the plugin allows you to receive notifications via email, custom texts and many other settings in order to better personalize the system in accordance with the needs of the store administrator!
After activation, the plugin smoothly adds the order area on all pages of information about an external order (the page “My Account” -> “Orders” -> select any order). In this special area, the user can send requests for support for new requests for these specific orders, read the administrator responses for the applications already sent, and send new messages.
If desired, the user can also attach one or more files. After sending the application, the client and the administrator can receive an e-mail notification if they wish (the notification system and the attachment are disabled by default. Turn it on via the “Parameters” menu).
The ticket system can also be completely disabled or disabled only for selected order statuses. Just go to the settings menu of the plugin and adjust its display settings to suit your needs!
It is automatically displayed on the “My Account” page on the personal tab “Personal Ticket Ara” (text can be customized using the text menu) and, if desired, can be displayed on any page of the web interface using the special shortcode [wcsts_ticket_area]. This type of application works the same as the application, except that it is associated with a specific user (you must log in to access the application area), and not through an order. After sending the application, the client and the administrator can receive an e-mail notification if they wish (the notification system is disabled by default. You can turn it on via the “Parameters” menu).
NOTE: To set up a login message, simply use the following format: [wcsts_ticket_area] Enter the message you want to display or html code [/wcsts_ticket_area]
Payment for the ticket.
The store manager can now associate with any product (or option) a number of questions that a user can ask. As soon as the product is purchased and the order is paid (or marked as completed), the plugin will automatically open a special Pay Per Ticket, with which the administrator can track users' questions. The amount of the product will affect the number of questions that the user can ask.
To assign the number of questions for a product, simply edit it and on the General tab you will find the name of the input field Question number. For a variable product, the question number setting will be edited for each option on the Variations tab.
- The administrator connects 6 questions with the product 1
- User buys 2xProduct 1
- As soon as the order is paid, the plugin will open a Pay Per Ticket with 12 questions.
The number of questions remaining can be edited by the administrator using the application edit page.
A user can purchase multiple products with questions related to them. The plugin will open a ticket for each of them.
The payment zone for a ticket is displayed in the external interface using a special shortcode [wcsts_pay_per_ticket_area] on any page that supports shortcodes. The ticket area will be displayed only for registered users, a message will be displayed for unregistered users. To set up a login message, simply use the following format: [wcsts_pay_per_ticket_area] Enter the message you want to display or html code [/wcsts_pay_per_ticket_area]
Note: if an order is deleted or marked as failed, canceled or rejected, the corresponding fee for the ticket will also be deleted. As soon as the ticket reaches 0 left questions, the user will be automatically marked as closed.
